180-degree Awning（AW-180-02）

The lightest pole-free awning ever in the market, only 17kg(38lbs) weight with 230cm length!

Our 180-degree freestanding awning is made from 600D Polyester Oxford & 280gsm Canvas which has high UV resistance（UPF50+）, zero-grade mold resistance, high-grade waterproof, and water-repellent. After researching, we redesigned it and optimized some functions.

• The significant change is its weight. We simplified the structure and made sure no influences on the tent awning. The gross weight decreased from 21kg to 17kg, which is the most significant difference from others.
• The awning cover made from PVC has an excellent performance in water resistance. Moreover, the windage force between the air and the cover is reduced to the lowest in the market since the side area covers only 15 cm*15 cm.
• Professional structural design of our 180-degree wing awning enclosure to protect you from rough weather and conditions. The awning covers an area of 8.4m² when it is open, and there are multiple sizes for you to choose from.
• OEM & ODM are supported. The arm length, the fabric color, the logo, and other things like zippers are all custom-made.
• The aluminum extrusion profiles of the fox wing awnings are coated with black powder and oxidized for a better appearance. This extrusion improved the batwing awnings’ strength and prevented them from being bent.
• Awning walls are optional as accessories.
• The quality checklist will be provided with each product delivery.
