Teehoo has attempted, through upholding international standards, to preserve and maintain the existing nature and strengthen the endangered habitat by rehabilitating and properly exploiting the resources at hand.
The Research Education and Advancement Garden of Nadehi is one of the projects where Teehoo, through applying the knowledge of specialists, has been able to protect non-native trees that have been planted in this garden from the harsh and dry weather of the location. It should also be considered that the trees were suitable for the environment due to the little water they need and the fact that they can adapt to dry environments. The project has been in effect for more than two years, and 1,000 saplings of various breeds are currently planted and maintained in the one-hectare garden.
Alongside creating green spaces to prevent the loss of soil and combating the pollution present in the area, Teehoo is employing locals in its workforce. Through the sales of lumber from the trees, the presence of this garden can help boost the economy of the village in the long run.
By employing specialists in various projects and pointing their attention towards villages and rural projects, Teehoo has been able to significantly help raise the level of public knowledge and literacy in the area.
